Warranty information:Flooring whether it be laminate,hardwood,ceramic tile,etc is warrantied by Yes Home Improvement Services

on installation for 90 days.Product warranty varies and is separate from our guarantee.

For installation warranty to be valid product must be installed according to manufacturers specifications and any deviation from

those specifications void warranty.Home temperature must remain at normal temperature 65-78 degrees in order for product to become acclimated.Floor leveling and moisture tests are recommended and are only done at homeowners request and approval.

Not responsible for house settling or movement or elevated moisture levels; and flooring must be cleaned with proper equipment.

Not responsible for homeowner damage or improper care.

Roofing-Installation warranty valid for 3years from the date of installation.Does not cover hail,wind,or wind driven rain from storms.

No warranty on patch work or repairs unless specified on the contract.

All other construction warranties vary depending on product installed or type of work performed,although generally 30 days on installation.
